Founded by two local entrepreneurs in Columbus, Ohio, we are a proudly homegrown company.
We built Versa on a foundation of passion and expertise for finding, outfitting, and offering the best possible flexible office space our city has to offer. Prior to joining Versa, Blythe held a diverse array of positions, starting as a high school English teacher and field hockey coach, then earning an MFA in Acting, which she translated into 10 years of professional acting work. Most recently, Blythe was in sales and operations for her family business, Spillman Company, a manufacturing company specializing in fabrication of steel forms for precast concrete. In her role at Versa, Blythe acts as the company’s director of operations, ensuring that Versa is consistently meeting the needs of members by being flexible and ever evolving. She has held many roles at Versa’s locations, giving her an in-depth understanding of the spaces, the members, and their businesses.

Melissa joined the Versa team as the Director of Shared Space at Versa Grandview in April of 2019. Melissa’s background in business operations and restaurant management, her sunny disposition, and organizational skills made her a perfect fit for her role at Versa. Melissa has a passion for hospitality and thoroughly enjoys developing relationships with the members and visitors of the space. Whether finding the perfect membership for businesses, maintaining an immaculate space, or executing member events, Melissa’s goal is to exceed expectations on a daily basis.

Having been with Versa since the very beginning, Julia is the mastermind behind our best-in-class event space and capabilities. With a degree from the Ohio State University and hands-on training from Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, Julia relishes in creating memorable experiences for members and guests alike. From initial planning to the final execution, she works diligently to make sure each and every event runs smoothly and to the client’s specifications. Every day, Julia brings her passion of providing amazing customer service and a smiling, welcoming face to every guest.

An Ohio local, Evan has an extensive background in digital marketing. Before joining the team at Versa, she helped a wide variety of clients create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across a variety of sectors. Today, Evan is Versa’s in-house digital marketing guru and oversees the company’s digital presence as well as its overall brand presence both online and in-person.

With a professional background in client relations, Matt joined the Versa team in September 2019 after working with some of Ohio’s top advertising agencies. He brings his passion for approachable service to both Versa locations and will go the extra mile to ensure all members have what they need and more. Matt skillfully navigates any tech questions which may arise, and his quick wit and talent for problem-solving help uphold Versa’s high level of excellence.

April is the Co-Founder of Versa. She has an extensive background as the Managing Partner at The Zimmerman Companies, a firm that invests in and manages multi-family assets. With deep experience managing a sizable and long-tenured staff, strong and cohesive company culture has been a part of her world long before it became a buzzword. April also has leadership experience with membership-based businesses – another touch point that has fueled Versa’s growth and dedication to hospitality. Her demonstrated strengths in management, membership-based business development, administrative oversight, and human resources have been integral in making Versa into the company it is today.

Kyle joins April as a Co-Founder and has been involved in all aspects of real estate investment, development and management since founding his firm, Katz Development, in 1988. His concentration in design-centric, narrative-based renovation has earned awards for his commercial and mixed-use projects. With three decades of local real estate experience, history as a community organizer, and involvement in the arts, business and philanthropic communities, Kyle is ideally positioned to develop Versa locations city-wide and drive the growth of Versa Flex.
